We will look at several plans\, from 2 separated duplexes (4 dwelling units) all the way up to 4 separated duplexes (8 dwelling units). We will walk through plan reviews and view onsite photos of common framing issues. A wide variety of topics will be covered including treated wood foundations and shallow frost protected foundations and cover gas venting requirements and HVAC duct installation issues. Approved for UDC Building Inspector\, Dwelling Contractor Qualifier\, and UDC HVAC Inspector. This class does NOT cover any of the 4 hrs. of required legal training for Dwelling Contractor Qualifier\ncredential holders. \nCommercial Building February 25 8:00-3:30– This course will assist participants in implementing the transition from the 2015 IBC to the 2021 IBC and will include the Wisconsinism’s that alter the 2021 IBC. DESCRIPTION:The June onsite inspection tour is Thursday June 5th in Weston\, WI.   \nInformation regarding the event is listed below. \nDate: Thursday June 5\, 2025 \nTime:  9am-2:30pm (approximate times) \nOnsite Inspection Tour Details \n  \n9:00am    Arrival at Greenheck Turner Community Center (GTCC)\, 6400 Alderson St Weston WI 54476 (Coffee & Donuts will be provided) \n9:30pm    Depart for rough construction inspections \n11:45am  Depart for Final Inspection Location(s) \n12:00pm  Arrive at 3302 Tropicana Ct/3404 Mirage Ln Weston for Final Inspection (These 2 builds are directly across the street from each other and not too big compared to woodbine\, we would have the option depending on attendance to split into 2 groups) \n12:45pm  Depart Tropicana/Mirage for Lunch \n1:00pm    Arrive at GTCC for Lunch \n1:30pm   (Optional) Tour of GTCC.
