This position reviews and enforces all commercial plans, issues permits, and conducts inspections to ensure compliance with Commercial Building, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning codes.
This position also reviews and enforces all one- and two-family plans, issues permits, and conducts inspections to ensure compliance with Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) Building, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning codes.
In addition to the Commercial and UDC Building, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning codes, this position also may assist in the enforcement of other commercial and UDC codes, the Zoning Ordinance, Flood Plain Ordinance, Wetlands Ordinance, Sign Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and the Maintenance and Occupancy Code.
