                               2010 BIANEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Executive Committee (All officers and trustees): Direct the Association as needed and as outlined within the By–Laws and perform tasks as requested by the President.
     Trustees: Dennis Jensen, Peter Fetters, Mike Miller

Auditing Committee( 3 Trustees + SEC): Examine the books and records of the Treasurer. Report once a year, within one month after the expiration of each term of the Treasurer.

By–Laws Committee(2): Study By–Laws and recommend changes where needed. Make changes as directed by the Association.

Code coordinating Committee(2+VP): Keep members informed on Federal, State and Local changes affecting our group. Function as liaison with State agencies evaluating and recommending changes to update codes. Present status reports to the Association. Work with other code enforcement departments affecting our group.

Information and Schooling Committee(2+TREAS): Assemble information on State Convention. Arrange for guest speakers at Association meetings, seminars and training sessions. Arrange Association meeting places.  Welcome new members and guests.

Nominating Committee(2): Provide slate of officers and trustees for the upcoming year and provide nominations for committees and Inspector of the year for the Association.

Publicity and Historian Committee(2): Keep records of news media. Promote advancement of the Association. Arrange news releases.

Registration Coordinator(1): Schedules and coordinates registration for spring code update seminars

Sunshine and Hospitality Committee(2): Send condolence cards to members who have deaths in their families; and also to members with extended illness; as directed by the membership. Assist Treasurer in organization of Environmental study, Annual meeting and other meetings so designated by the Association.

Sergeant at Arms(1): Maintain order during meetings and be responsible for the organizational plaque.

Website Coordinator(1): Maintain and update the website on a monthly basis or as needed.
